As a confined space operative, you will be an important part of our site based specialist cleaning crews who are working in various locations across the country. Your role within the team will consist of carrying out general duties such as moving and laying out pipework, assisting with loading and unloading of HIAB / delivery vehicles, set-up and demob of site, watching plant levels, refueling when necessary, working within confined spaces, moving rag / grit from different storage vessels and maintaining high standards of housekeeping on site.
Job Specifications
- Hold a current City & Guilds Medium or High Risk Confined Space Entry Certificate
- Hold a current relevant CSCS card with valid safety test
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience of working in the construction industry
- Previous experience of working in confined spaces
- Experience of working within an H&S governed industry
Working Hours and requirements
- Monday – Friday 06:00am – 17:00pm with occasional weekend work overtime available
You will on occasions be required to work away covering sites across the UK - When you are working away during the week accommodation and lodge money will be provided, as well as transport to the working sites.
