A global organisation is looking for their next Customer Account Administrator to join the team. As Customer Account Administrator you will be playing a pivotal part in supporting all customers over the phone and via email with advice and solving queries. You will also be scheduling bookings and managing Customer Accounts. If you have experience of being within a similar role, are customer focused and result driven then this Customer Account Administrator role is just for you!

Job Duties:
- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
- Managing Customer Accounts effectively
- Updating and managing Customer Accounts on the database system
- Handling any complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Solving invoice queries
- Processing payments
- Booking of engineers and providing confirmation to customers
- Updating customers with the process of their query
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of working within a customer focused role
- Good administrative skills
- Effective communication skills
- It literate
- Resilient and adaptable
