As Customer Account Administrator you will be playing a pivotal part in supporting all customers over the phone and via email with advice and solving queries. You will also be scheduling bookings and managing Customer Accounts. Job Duties:
- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
- Managing Customer Accounts effectively
- Updating and managing Customer Accounts on the database system
- Handling any complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Solving invoice queries
- Processing payments
- Booking of engineers and providing confirmation to customers
- Updating customers with the process of their query
