My client is a leading provider of business solutions, offering a range of services to our clients across various sectors. We are looking for a Customer Account Advisor to join our team in Moulton Park, where you will be responsible for setting up and supporting business accounts for new and existing contracts.

As a Customer Account Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, dealing with their queries and issues via phone and email. You will also provide contract and low-level technical support, process customer applications and contracts, and advise customers on the best solutions for their needs. You will work on multiple client accounts at one time, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of attention to detail
• IT literacy and low-level technical understanding
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
• High level of organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ambition, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
