Job Purpose:
The Customer Account Co-Coordinator works as part of the Commercial.
To the Customer they are the face of our client, internally they are the voice of the customer ensuring their requirements and expectations are known to the production teams
Strong links to the Business Development team to understand future business pipeline and strategy.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
-Communicating with customers to support and understand their requirements
-Incoming business telephone calls and connections to department staff
-Maintaining customer data if appropriate and ensuring systems are up to date
-Work closely with Production Control and Production to balance the orderbook into a production plan
-Ability to analyse potential delivery concerns from data provided
-Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer dates
-Help develop and maintain a 100% delivery data and performance
-Negotiating order book changes with client as appropriate, including price and timing
-Reacting promptly and appropriately to any Customer concerns, escalating as and when required
-Attend client meetings/progress calls as appropriate
-You may be required to work alternative shifts/hours
-You may be required to perform any other reasonable duties/specific projects from time to time and as directed by management

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
-IT literate, preferably MS Office 365
-Excellent communication skills
-Well established negotiation skills
-Ability to create and maintain accurate records
-Good attention to detail
-Good relationship building skills
Desirable:
-Previous aerospace industry experience
-Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
-Previous commercial experience
