Customer Account Executive


Industry: Manufacturing


Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent


Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per year


Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm (1 hour for lunch)


Location: Hadleigh, Suffolk

Are you an experienced Customer Service Executive looking for a new opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their Customer Service and Sales Team. If you have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and possess strong administrative skills, this could be the perfect role for you!


Responsibilities:



  • Gain a thorough understanding of our product lines

  • Support the Customer Account Executives with workload

  • Raise proforma invoices and process sales orders

  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis

  • Log and address customer complaints

  • Provide general administration and support to the department

  • Collaborate with internal departments as required

  • Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures


Skills and Experience:



  • Previous experience in a Sales Admin or Customer Admin role

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of SAGE and Salesforce (desired, not mandatory)

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
