Full Details:
We are an HR industry leader seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our client's team. This is a temp to perm position with a competitive hourly rate starting from £12.79.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various tasks. From filing and scanning HR files to inputting timesheets and authorising those for agency staff, you will ensure that all administrative functions run smoothly. You will also assist with tasks on the payroll system and handle adhoc duties as required. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment efforts, making this role dynamic and varied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance tasks, including DBS checks
- File and scan HR documents efficiently
- Input timesheets accurately and authorise those for agency staff
- Assist with tasks on the payroll system
- Support with adhoc duties as assigned
- Contribute to recruitment efforts
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in HR administration or possess strong administrative skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills are also required.
Working Pattern:
This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
