Duties include:
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Your goal is to retain customers
- Provide 5-star customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers
- Proactively contact customers to update information
To be considered for this roleyou must have :
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others
- A quick learner with a can do attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in a retention role (Desirable)
- Competent using IT to include MS Office and CRM systems
