Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global business in Hull who are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding business. You will be responsible for managing the export of products to a large European client base.
Duties to include-
- Processing high value orders for UK and international customers and acting as a main point of contact from order though to delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring all customs clearance on export freight and shipping product
- Dealing with all export documentation
- Liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders ensuring Brexit customs are adhered to
- Ensure sales orders are correct along with pricing for logistics
- Supply Chain coordination of all products
- Working closely with customers around credit and debit matters
- Maintaining accurate information on Sap
You will have
- Experience within logistics (Import/Export/Transport)
- Account Management experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
- Sap skills desirable
