We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join our client based in Chippenham.
Duties:
As a Customer Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the existing client base. You will be the key link between customers and the business.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
* Build account development plans to enable growth and cross selling of additional products and services.
* Regular account review meetings.
* Collaborate with key internal staff members to ensure smooth transition from leads and quotes into projects.
* Achieve set targets and KPI’s.
* A key focus on selling and maintaining long-term contracts for both maintenance and monitoring of security systems.
* Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and client information to provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management or sales within the security industry.
* A good knowledge of security systems and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
* The ability to communicate at all levels.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Powerpoint
* Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to meet with clients when necessary.
