A leading skills certification scheme provider in the Construction space are looking for a London-based (hybrid opportunity) Customer Adoption Account Manager.
You will be engaging with Construction firms, discussing with them their adoption of critical technology that assists the Construction industry in qualifying individuals working on sites against their qualifications, training and accrediations.

Description
Our client is looking for someone to be engaging with Construction firms as to the use and their adoption of our client's critical technology and cards that assists the Construction industry in qualifying individuals working on sites against their qualifications, training and accrediations.
You will be discussing with existing clients and new, prospective clients what engagement / adoption levels are like, and selling in the importance and usefulness of our client's product offering.
- Responsible for driving awareness and growth of our client's technology services within the construction sector
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and develop joint marketing initiatives, co-promotion opportunities and strategic alliances
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
- Attending / exhibiting at events
Profile
Our client is in need of a highly skilled relationship builder, someone who understands that in order to engage with a client-base where the importance of adopting and engaging with new technology is key, that engagement must be done so in a consultative, measured fashion.
- You will be a people-person, skilled at selling and business development but moreover a relationship management expert, knowing when to listen, negotiate and unpick a customer's demands in order to best get your views across
- Ideally you will be tech-minded and have experience of having worked across the construction industry
- Account management / customer engagement / Customer Adoption / business development experience fairly essential
Job Offer
Our client is looking to pay c.£42-45k dependant on experience, with a c.7-10% bonus and a range of generous benefits.
This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required once a week and of course visiting clients / construction sites encouraged as often as is required for you to do your job diligently and effectively.
