We are looking for a Customer Advisor to work with our client in Dorcan, in their ‘spare parts’ department. This will be on a Temp to Permanent contract, with a permanent contract offered after 12 successful weeks’ placement.
This role is perfect for somebody with prior customer service or sales experience, who takes pride in delivering a fantastic service and support to the customer.
Duties:
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Discussing options with the customer and advising different solutions
- Liaising with customers on any damaged parts or replacements needed for their product
- Ensuring you are locating the correct product, and subsequent correct replacement parts required
- Using the system to locate spare parts based on product codes and numbers
- Ordering spare parts as required for the customer
- Raising invoices
- Locating / sorting spare parts in the warehouse as required
Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:30am to 5:00pm
Pay:
£11.44 per hour
