Day to Day Duties
- Speaking with customers over the telephone in a busy Customer Service Department
- Logging Service Jobs onto a CRM
- Liaising with internal departments and third-party manufacturers and service organisations
- Arranging collections of products from Schools, Trusts and Universities
Essential Skills
- An understanding of Tech Products
- Computer literate
- Team Player
- A confident Telephone manner
Desirable Experience
One Year+ Customer Service Experience
