Hr Advisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proficient HR Advisor with proven experience supporting a busy HR function.

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients people directive and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and is eager to embed as part of a collaborative team and work towards a common goal.

Duties:
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and induction activities
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Update and maintain accurate employee files
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Assist with HR projects such as process improvement, and/or compliance audits

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor for a significant period of time
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Manage a busy MS Outlook inbox, inclusive of composing various letters
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
