Our client is an established HR consultancy offering outsourced HR services to a wide range of clients. As part of their growth, they are working with us here to source an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
Their offices are in Salisbury, the role is full time and after probation this person will be able to take a work from home option, if they wish, coming into the office for at least one day per week. Salary will be based on experience.
This is a long established company with a great reputation, You would be joining a friendly professional supportive team and there will be opportunities to take further qualifications and progress your HR career. They deal with a wide range of businesses, supporting them by providing advice and guidance on all aspects of Employment Law.
Ideal candidates:
Must have experience of ER casework advising on grievances, absence management, disciplinary matters etc.( This person could be an experienced HR Administrator looking for a step up and training opportunity so do apply even if you do not have years and years of ER experience)
Will be excellent communicators, team players and have a flexible attitude to work as they will be joining a small close-knit team where everyone supports everyone else as needed. The team here are stable and retention is great with people working here for many years as their careers progress and the company grows in reputation and client base.
The Job:
Provide accurate and detailed HR advice to clients in line with legislation and Company guidelines by telephone and email
- Respond to client emails and calls same day in line with company procedures
- Write up all case notes accurately, with date and time, on Dynamics case management system.
- Manage Breathe HR system for clients and ensure the system and records are kept up to date in line with service agreements
- Prepare employment documentation for new employees including contracts, handbooks, policies/procedures, offer letters, etc.
- Handle HR administration tasks and internal duties for clients
- Identify and follow up opportunities that arise to provide additional services to clients where it will be of benefit to them
- Monitor developments in employment law and keep knowledge up to date
- Attend seminars and other events as required
