**This is an office based role near Salisbury, Wiltshire - due to location you must have access to a car**
The HR Advisor will...
• Acting as the first point of contact for all day to day HR enquiries
• Undertaking investigations as required, then preparing investigation reports to submit for both disciplinary and capability hearings
• Maintaining digital copies of employee's records
• Managing the full employee life cycle
• Updating all HR systems with accuracy
The successful HR Advisor will have...
• Proven experience in a similar position, big part of the role is employee relations
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Confident on the telephone and customer focused
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Can apply judgement in problem solving
