Salary CMA HR Division are recruiting for a charitable, values focused organisation based in Salisbury, Wiltshire to recruit a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a generalist role supporting the HR Manager in maintaining and improving employee engagement and project interventions.
What will HR Advisor role involve?
Creating and implementing dynamic employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.Demonstrating an in–depth grasp of employment law and leading employee relations casework effectively.Overseeing and optimizing the HRIS system to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy.Assisting with the outsourced payroll process and legislation compliance to ensure smooth operations and adherence to legal requirements. Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
