Customer Advisor

***New exciting position has been created within a fun, vibrant office, full training given - no experience needed!**
Hours: 35 hours per week - 8am-4pm/ 9am-5pm/ 10am-6pm Monday - Friday (You must be flexible for these shifts)
Salary: £23,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly created team within an extremely well established company due to the increase in business.
No office experience is needed however you must have dealt with customers previously either face to face or over the phone.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, supporting them with their with their initial enquiry right through to the settlement of their case.
You must have exceptional customer service experience, the ability to problem solve, a high level of attention to detail, able to process information and a hard working/self-motivated attitude.
