Hr Advisor

Pertemps are supporting a leading Logistics company provider to find an HR Advisor in the Glasgow area for a 12-month contract. This role is exclusive to Pertemps and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This includes hybrid working, car parking space and above average pension contributions.  
You day to day would involve:- 

• Management of ER cases 
• Initial point of contact for line managements 
• Upskilling on policies and procedures 
• Management of occupational health process 
• Work closely with training providers 
• Lead on exit interviews 
• Work closely with HR BP on talent and succession planning 
• Other duties as directed
