HR (Human Resources) Manager – exclusive to Pertemps HR!
My client, a fast paced well known organisation requires an experienced HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor for a period of 12 months, commencing January 2024. You will work within a successful and supportive HR team, which will offer you a variety of HR tasks.
A full generalist role where you will be responsible for delivery of the People Agenda. Collaborating closely with Senior Managers to add a valued added HR service to the business. A business that prides itself of its customer service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate their experience within recruitment, induction, performance management, employee relations, reward, talent development and succession planning.
Duties will include:
- Streamline of recruitment processes, including on boarding processes.
- Assisting with Learning & Development, including personal development plans.
- Overseeing the appraisal process.
- Salary benchmarking.
- Employee engagement surveys.
- Management development.
- HR projects as required.
