This temporary customer service advisor position within a housing association in Leeds is a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and responsive service to customers, handling inquiries effectively, and ensuring accurate and confidential management of customer information. Collaboration with colleagues, adherence to policies and procedures.
The role is on an ongoing basis during a busy period and there maybe the opportunity for permanency.
 
Requirements:

• Strong customer service experience
• Housing sector experience desirable
• Applicants must be available immediately
• This is an office based role with occasional working from home days

Duties:

• Provide professional, polite, and helpful service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries to a high standard of quality, following defined procedures.
• Take ownership of all customer inquiries and progress work towards resolution.
• Ensure accurate and consistent adherence to procedures in service provision.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in inputting information into IT systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Handle calls in accordance with scripts for maintenance/repair inquiries.
• Comply with all communicated policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
• Maintain administration systems promptly and accurately.
• Respond to order variation requests from contractors.
• Follow up on Customer Satisfaction correspondence.
• Raise and book follow-on works from other contractors.
• Carry out general administration duties for non-telephone-based customer inquiries.
• Liaise effectively with colleagues in other teams/departments to resolve problems.
• Complete administrative tasks as requested by the Contact Centre Manager.
• Accurately record and direct customer complaints to the appropriate person/department for resolution.
• Deal with incoming mail as directed by the Contact Centre Manager.

 
Hours 9 – 5 Mon – Fri
Hourly rate £13.33ph
