French Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Normanton, WF6
Pay Rate: £26,000 per annum
Hours / days: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Total Recruit are recruiting for our ever expanding client who are based on the Normanton
Industrial Estate. The company specialise in aftersales support for household appliances and have grown substantially over the last few years. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who speaks and writes in French to join their friendly Team.
Duties will include:
- Provide customer support for end users, retailers, distributors and engineers of group products sold in France and French speaking countries.
- Deal with customer complaints and escalations. Follow through to completion resulting in a satisfied customer where possible.
- Ordering of spare parts & monitoring or back orders to ensure repairs can be carried out on time.
- Generate service calls on company repair management system.
- Assist with the sale of spare parts and provide advice and assistance as and when required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Good numerical skills.
- Confident telephone manner, with the ability to speak to people of all levels.
- Team player.
