A great opportunity to join an innovative travel experience company as a Customer Analytics Manager
THE COMPANY
The business is an innovative travel company offering travel experiences that are pre-organised for the individual. Connecting people to experiences and travel across the globe making holiday better for all. And they are seeking to hire a Customer Analytics Manager to come in and help set-up their Analytics capabilities, with the drive as a business to create a more data-driven platform and team.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a small team of analysts and grow out your own analytics function
Create and demonstrate the value of data and what it means to the business
Looking and assessing customer behaviour on the businesses website
Using customer data to drive engagement and results for the business
Create buy-in and engagement within the wider team and liasing with senior-level stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven track record in the Customer Analytics space - and strong experience working with customer data
Strong experience working in B2C environment
Technical experience in SQL and Python or R
