About the Programme

During the programme, you'll rotate across a number of departments every 6 months to help you build a good understanding of how far customer service reaches across our business, and the impact they have on delivering a positive experience for our customers, no matter how they choose to access our products and services.

You'll gain knowledge in regulatory, legal and compliance issues. You'll get valuable experience in financial systems and processes. And you'll develop skills in customer relationship management, teamwork, problem solving, and more.

Which means that when it comes to helping us deliver a warm welcome and an exceptional customer experience, well give you the green light to imagine it, do it, and love it.

Please Note: This will be a September start date

Location

In order to get the most out of the programme you will spend 12 months working in our Head Office at Yorkshire Drive, as well as 12 months in one or more of our local branches. The branches are Bradford & Huddersfield, however there are other branches within the areas where the apprentices will be given the opportunity to spend some time.

About you

To join the programme, youll need lots of motivation and a thirst for knowledge. You will also require Maths and English GCSE at C or above (Or equivalent) and whether youre fresh out of school or college, or youre looking for a career change, youll have our supportive and inclusive culture behind you every step of the way. Whoever you are and whatever your background.
