We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about products or services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Assist customers in finding products or services they are looking for
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Up sell products or services to increase sales
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Excellent organisational skills to manage customer interactions efficiently
- Phone etiquette for clear and professional communication with customers

Pay: From £23,875.00 per year
