We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Up sell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
