- Franchised Car Dealership.
- Monday – Friday 07:30 – 17:30.
- One Saturday in three paid as overtime (standard rate).
Our Client, a busy Premium Main Dealer is looking for a Customer Booking Clerk to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity to start a new career or further your existing one with a well established Brand and great management team.
In this role you will be expected to control, influence and maximise service & repair bookings and interpret customer's requirements in an efficient manner to ensure that all resources required in completing the work are available on schedule.
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their areas of responsibilities are adhered to at all times. This is a busy telephone based role and an excellent telephone manner who care about our clients customer experience at all times.
Our Client requires you to have:
• The ability to verbally communicate clearly and succinctly via telephone
• A fantastic positive attitude with motor trade knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills ensuring the customers needs are catered for at all times

You will ideally live within the Walton, Surrey area or be able to travel to the Walton, Surrey area.
