Are you a Customer Business Executive looking for a new challenge within an exciting new role?
The RecipeTo provide analytical information and presentation support to allow the Senior Customer Business Manager to build a compelling story to influence the Customer.
Key Accountabilities and Measures- To provide information and analysis to the Customer Business Managers to support the development of presentations and negotiations.
- Build effective relationships with the customer, to provide information on day to day order status and make appropriate decisions.
- Implement all key supply initiatives at Regional and Store level. Includes the coordination of new Food Service and Export customer enquiries
- Collate information from the customer, and provide timely information for input in to the customer forecast for the Customer Business Manager.
- Work alongside the Customer Business Managers, to support the execution and volume associated with the JBPs at a regional level.
- In conjunction with the Shopper Marketing team, coordinate with the Customers field sales force (where in existence) to optimise the activation of Warburtons tactics.
- Commercial skills: good understanding of the retailer and their strategy; experience of implementing joint business plans with retailer.
- Analytical experience, Proven ability to interpret and evaluate complex data
- Excellent communication skills: Excellent relationship builder- establishing credibility with both internal and customer contacts.
- Desire to grow and develop a career within commercial sales
- Excellent organisational skills: managing own and others time effectively.
- Excellent IT skills- knowledgeable on spread sheets and PowerPoint.
- Systems: Familiarity and quick to learn retailer systems ie. Retail link.
