I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my amazing client for a Customer Care Advisor based in Norwich. The successful candidate will have a positive and committed approach and have experience within a Customer Service role.

You will be...
- Supporting customers - mainly via phone, but also via email and live chat. This will involve answering and resolving queries, including delays and complaints.
- Working with warehouse team to solve delivery issues and identify and update any stock discrepancies.
- Assisting team leader with additional admin tasks
Your experience needed...
- Experience in a fast-paced Customer Service role, ideally within a call centre environment.
- Comfortable with different methods of contact including phone AND emails.
- Must be computer literate.
- Previous experience in a furniture or homeware environment would be desirable.
- Experience with working as a team, as well as conflict resolution.

3 week rotating shift pattern:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5pm
- Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7pm
- Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm with 1 day off in the week
