Our client's Customer Care Team is growing in their vibrant Milton Keynes office. As they look to invest in the expansion of our contact centre team, we're seeking talented and thoughtful individuals who love to listen and help our customers manage their accounts. Many candidates have secured permanent contracts with this client in the past.

Responsibilities
- Meet key performance indicators and ensure operational excellence.
- Enhance the customer journey through process improvements
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
- Manage assigned accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Embrace change and innovation within the team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, with weekly shift rotations:
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Late shift for only 1 week of the month. 35 hours per week commitment.
Competitive Salary
- £12.00 - £13.00 Per hour
