Key responsibilities for a Customer Care Advisor
- Contacting all inbound leads within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to provide assistance and support.
- Accurately recording all relevant data pertaining to customer interactions and enquiries.
- Handling inbound phone calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Responding to email enquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Facilitating the registration process for new customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
