Main Responsibilities as a Customer Care Agent (Safer Gambling)
- Conduct outbound Healthy Play calls to players identified as 'at risk'.
- Utilise a sensitive and empathetic manner when communicating with at-risk players.
- Collaborate with other Customer Ops teams to address customer complaints.
- Precisely implement breaks and exclusions, as well as other pertinent account details, for 'at risk' or long-term unhealthy play accounts.
- Analyse and track potential 'at-risk' indicators in CIP and other internal systems.
- Assist the Team Manager in achieving Team SLAs and Targets.
Experience & Skills Required
- Customer service experience.
