Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
-Customer services dealing with queries via email and telephone interaction
- Review customer order details, including product, quantity, and delivery information
- Enter orders into the system and ensure all required information is complete
- Communicate with customers to clarify any order discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the dispatch as orders are uploaded
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist with resolving any customer inquiries or complaints regarding orders
- Previous experience in a customer based role preferred
