The role focuses on continuous improvement for the team by investigating, rectifying and reporting on errors and discrepancies. This is a key role within the team with a high level of responsibility where you would interact with a range of stakeholders daily.
Customer Care Coordinator - Job Overview
- Be the principle point of contact for customers in relation to customer orders, communicating promptly to emails and telephone calls
- Place orders accurately in line with agreed timescales and KPIs
- Ensure correspondence and documentation is accurately recorded for audit
- Manage allocation of stock
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Actively support in continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate with key project work
- Analyse and report to senior management level
- Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders
Customer Escalations Coordinator - Skills and Experience Required
- Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise at senior level
- Previous experience of ERP systems
- Query resolution experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical, research and reporting skills

- 8.00am - 4.30pm/ 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday on rotation
