A leading Pride Park Finance client are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator.
Permanent Hybrid role - Salary 22500 + Bonus.
Duties:
- Call customers, identifying opportunities and passing leads over to an adviser.
- Develop business relationships with advisers, ensuring a timely follow up to ensure any leads are dealt with.
- Ensure all client information is kept confidentially and secure in line with the GDPR.
- Maintain Contact Spreadsheets and producing monthly reports on activity.
- Carry out any ad hoc duties as required by the role.
- Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and advisers
- Professional approach
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Confident telephone manner with good objection handling skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and "can-do" attitude
- Advanced excel skills
