I am recruiting for a reputable local housebuilder experiencing exciting growth and are in search of a competent Customer Service Coordinator to enhance their dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who not only excels in customer service but also has at least a basic understanding of construction terminology.

Your New Role:

• Direct Engagement: Handle phone calls and manage emails from customers, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.
• Issue Resolution: Determine whether a homeowner's concern is a defect requiring attention or a maintenance issue, and guide them on the next steps.
• Contractor Coordination: Organise contractors for defect repairs, ensure completion, and keep the CRM system updated.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address and resolve issues, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Inbox Management: Stay on top of our customer service inbox, processing emails and seeing queries through to resolution.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all communications with homeowners to ensure a seamless service experience.
