A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Manager to join a very successful and well-established business in the heart of Bury.
Duties include;
- Inputting data onto the system
- Allocating jobs to the engineers
- Updating/liaising with customers, clients & the engineers
- Following up any outstanding enquiries
- Raising purchase orders
- Maintaining and building strong relationships
Skills:
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Confident on the phone
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
