We are looking for a motivated, patient individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience of managing a rota system is essential but full training will be given.

We have a low staff turnover as we believe it is equally important to invest in our staff as much as the people we support. We have access to both internal and external training which is available on point of entry.
