Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls.
• Provide a customer-friendly service.
• Make accurate and detailed reports of each customer interaction.
• Operate within a number of third-party CRM systems to log requests.
• Adhere to PCI compliance guidelines.
• Manage workload the prioritise tasks appropriately.
• Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships.
Skills:
• Great first step into an office based role, our client provides training so experience isn't also needed!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts: Flexible working hours required - afternoons AND nights (mandatory), 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
Pay: £11.44 - £12.44ph
