We are recruiting a customer Advisor  to join our dynamic and supportive customer service team working in partnership with our CITB client. We needpeople that are comfortable and enjoy dealing with varied customer queries,issues and circumstances over the phone and email. You'll joining anestablished team that supports one of our key accounts in our Shared ServicesConnected Ltd. business.

You will be supported within this role andundertake a 6-week training period where you will learn all you need to beconfident in your role!

This is a hybrid position, and our officedays are Monday and Tuesdays, and you would work at home for the rest of theweek. We have x 3 shift patterns which we operate on a rota basis, 08:00 –16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 18:00

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking incoming calls from our client supporting them with various queries including how to receive funding, payment etc.
  • Handling the incoming mailbox and responding to queries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of support provided via our systems and database.
  • Ensure you provide a strong customer experience.
  • Work with the team to identify areas of improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience within customer service.
  • A positive attitude towards customer service.

It would be great if you had:

  • Call Centre experience.
