Office based 2 days per week - 3 days work from home

THE JOB: Provide world class customer service to Nordic business customers, by proactively co-ordinating all aspects of the supply chain to deliver optimum performance. The successful Customer Complaints Specialist will be nurturing relationships internally as well as externally within hospitals and private clinics.
- You will deal with all product complaints and ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner acting as a first point of contact for all telephone and email complaints.
- Typically liaising with sales managers, opticians, optometrists and pharmaceutical distributors.
- The role will be a split between working from home 3 days a week and working from the office 2 days a week
REQUIREMENTS:
- Due to the nature of the role, only candidates who are bilingual in English and Swedish will be considered.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and telephone manner
- Full training will be provided and career and earning prospects within the company are superb.
The Package:
· Basic: £28,000-£30,000
· Annual bonus 5%
