Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Complaints Officer. Internally you will be known as a Customer Liaison Officer.

As a Customer Complaints Officer at Hyde you will be working within the Property Maintenance Team to manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints related to repair services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inbound Customer Complaints related to repair services, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Support customers in diagnosing repairs.
  • Manage information relating to cases within Hyde’s information systems to ensure consistent and timely responses.
  • Undertake general administrative duties to support the service as required.
  • Meet all agreed SLAs and KPIs for complaint resolution and service performance.
  • Investigate complaints and ensure timely booking and management of repairs.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
