SalaryCorrela are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our team, to develop and nurture strong and strategic relationships with your allocated customers, to fully understand their business.

About the Role
- You will deliver high customer satisfaction by developing relationships and throughly understanding their ‘pain’ points, proactively working to translate into action plans across the Correla business, and wider industry.
- You will confidently open the door for Correla’s growth opportunities across the suite of products and services.
- You will enable customers to run their own operations; being their dedicated point of contact for driving improvements impacting the customer experience and owning complex matters to resolution.
- You will collate key data and intelligence – driving and communicating continuous improvements and action plans into the business and wider CDSP industry
About You
- You will have B2B service management experience
- You will have experience with customer sentiment techniques
- You must have experience in managing a customer group of IGT and DN’s.
- You will have in-depth knowledge in the gas and electricity industry
