An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Demand Planning Manager to join the team working for a fantastic business on a permanent basis.
The company is an FMCG company which has been established for a significant period.
You must have experience of working within an FMCG environment.
The role will be to manage and develop the Demand Planning team, overseeing a team of 2 customer executives, and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain.
The main duties include:
- Maximising sales through forecasting accuracy and stock availability
- Chair a monthly forecast sign off meeting with key stakeholders.
- Analyse KPIS
- Maintain a working relationship and processes with production planning functions to ensure the best possible stock availability.
- Drive improvements to process change
- Communicate with internal stakeholders - marketing and category teams to identify promotions
- Support and develop the team members
The role is hybrid (2 days office) - working 37.5 hours per week
The role will have occasional travel to meet customers.
Salary is 45k - 27 days holiday, single healthcare, 4 x life assurance, pension
