Could you be Incommunities new Customer Engagement and Insight Assistant? We are looking for a people focused individual with experience of working with a diverse range of customers and the ability to build a good rapport with customers. You will provide administrative support to the team and support customers at the engagement sessions.

Responsibilities
- Act as a key member of the Customer Engagement & insight team to help ensure that all customer voices count
- Provide practical and administrative support for Customer Engagement initiatives
- Support the completion of customer research using a range of digital and in person methods
- Provide support for customer insight projects to help the organisation deliver policy development and service improvement
- Support the delivery of customer segmentation activities that support us to provide a great, tailored customer experience
- Provide practical and administrative support for service improvement workshops and focus groups

Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer focused role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills and an ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively
- Experience of organising events and meetings
- Experience of creative thinking and adapting to new ways of working quickly
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages eg Excel, Word, PowerPoint
