In the world of Consumer Electronics that unlock the best audiovisual experiences, content is king. As part of this team, you will ensure that Samsung is positioned as the leading TV brand and leading European subsidiary for best in class content.
You will be part of the Brand Marketing team within the TVAV Marketing division.
Role and Responsibilities
The Customer Engagement Marketing Manager focuses on building and nurturing long term relationships between SEUK TV/AV and end consumers to deliver strategic critical metrics. In addition to driving short term tactical activations, the role builds ongoing interactions that enhance customer loyalty, differentiates our POD vs competition and improves satisfaction. Key skills for this role are; understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviours to tailor personalised experiences.
This role will be the lead expert and go to for content, collaborate and influence and gain input from central marketing teams, PM, Sales, channel, retail and field.
You will define the insights we need to create strategies and content which delivers exciting and engaging content strategies across brand, channel, retail, digital, field, social and CRM touchpoints that results in positioning Samsung TV as best-in-class, driving consideration and purchase across the portfolio.
What will be your key deliverables?
Content Marketing
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Taking ownership of project managing HQ asset management, EO, Local content and turning into consistent stories and storytelling through all touchpoints
  • Creation of Various Content Types: Produce diverse content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
  • SEO Optimisation: Work with Digital manager to optimise content for search engines to improve discoverability and enhance organic reach.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and representation across all content channels.
  • Content Distribution: Plan and execute strategies for effective content distribution across various platforms to reach the target audience.
CRM Marketing
  • Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and categorise customer segments, tailoring marketing strategies to address specific needs and preferences.
  • Campaign Execution: Work with central teams and retailers/channel team to define and plan targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse customer data to derive actionable insights, measure content effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies.
  • Retention Programs: Develop and implement programs to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
  • Personalisation Strategies: Implement personalised marketing strategies, including personalised offers and communications based on customer behaviour and preferences.
Social Media Marketing
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and shareable content suitable for various social media platforms to build brand awareness.
  • Community Building: Foster and engage with online communities through influencer programs and activity
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyse campaign performance, and generate regular reports to measure return on investment.
  • Trend Identification: Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt social media strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM tools, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.
  • The ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for engaging content and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, measure campaign success, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying marketing messages effectively.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to a dynamic environment, stay informed about TV/AV trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to deliver relevant sales and engagement critical metrics.
