Sheridan ward is excited to be recruiting for a lovely forward thinking, dynamic and growing company based in Southall, they are looking for a new Customer Engagement Supervisor!
Do you have strong customer service background? Do you have previous experience supervising a team of customer service advisors?
We are looking for a hands on manager, who is ready to get stuck into coaching and developing a fantastic team filled with great potential. This role is very rewarding and also come with a generous bonus scheme up for grabs - up to 6k per year
This role is working closely alongside one other team leader so it is super important you are happy to work in a dual role where you manage the team together!

Customer Engagement Supervisor Duties:
- Conduct one to ones and appraisal reviews on performance and behaviors
- Creating development plans for each employee
- Issuing weekly reports on individual performance
- Manage rotas and annual leave requests
- Conduct investigations and disciplinaries when needed
- Drive team engagement in call plans
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
