My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Executive to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 6 months experience in a telephone-based role and will be looking to grow a career.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake telephone and email based debt recovery cases
- Produce outgoing documents and letters
- Offering excellent customer service over email and telephone
- General administration duties
- Engage with debtors and find solutions
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a telephone based role
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Resilient personality
- £20,000 - £23,000
- Hybrid working following from successful probation
- Monday – Friday
- 9am - 5pm
