Our client is on the lookout for fantastic Customer Service Advisors who will love speaking with people over the telephone and providing financial solutions to their queries. You don’t have to have call centre experience; they know that customer service experience comes from a variety of industries; what you will have, is a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
You’ll be committed to living their values and delivering an outstanding service to their customers. You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and providing information about their services. Self-motivated with a positive approach, you will be an active listener who can manage difficult situations when helping to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently.

Basic salary of £23,000
Monday - Friday working (no weekends there!)
Discretionary 6% annual bonus based on individual performance
