As a Resident Insight Analyst, you will deliver high quality insight and analysis to inform and drive PA Housing's service delivery approach, leading to increased resident satisfaction. You will work closely with key stakeholders across PA to deliver insights that will help drive service improvements and address key areas of our services that need improving to meet the changing needs of our residents. You will need to be confident in Investigating and using external best practice and market knowledge to bring positive options and inputs to the business. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to analyse, visualize and present data and insights in a variety of ways adapting to your audience. We are looking for someone who has a passion for story telling, drawing out key trends and has excellent influencing skills even at times when the message may be challenging.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the fledgling Business Intelligence Team and playing a crucial role in shaping our offering to our PA colleagues but fundamentally championing the voice of our residents and ensuring that remains at the heart of decision making. You’ll work jointly with the Senior Reporting Specialists and Data Analysts within the team to interpret the data and decide how best to present and what data needs capturing.

We are looking for someone innovative who isn’t afraid to try new things and think outside the box.

Team work is key in this role and you will need to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative and are a self starter but do not work in silo. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data, making it understandable and accessible to everyone and being part of a team who’s desire is to champion high quality insights across PA and make a difference to our residents.

Your responsibilities...

  • Understand, translate and interpret quantitative & qualitative data into meaningful insight and a compelling story, focusing on resident experience and service trends, recognising patterns, identifying relationships and forecasting future trends
  • Analyse and pull together internal and external data from multiple sources including CSATs, resident profiling, complaints, resident behaviour, journey mapping, social media, engagement activities, benchmarking, market and social housing knowledge
  • Consolidate and present data and insight in a planned programme and consistent way, producing it in an understandable, dynamic and engaging way so it is actionable and can be proactively used by the business
  • Proactively recommend solutions & outcomes from performed analysis which add value for residents, informing our service delivery approach
  • Work alongside the operational teams, constructively challenging and acting as a critical friend to achieve focused solutions and outcomes for residents
  • Identify and promote new, innovative, and more effective ways of working- both service delivery and back office functions- based on robust data and analysis
  • Use and analyse benchmark data to drive business and customer requirements.
  • Alongside Managers, Heads of Service & ADs, identify trends, risks and triggers early on, particularly where there are key areas for improvement or gaps in services
