Hseq Advisor

• Hybrid role - home based with national travel when needed
• Salary plus car or 35880 allowance, 10% bonus and healthcare

One of the UK's largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to strengthen the compliance governing one of the Key Accounts - a retail and corporate banking account.

The employer here offer a variety of services to maintain their client's estate, including their 300 retail branches and corporate buildings, from engineering maintenance to cleaning

it is key we ensure the service staff are working safely and to the latest legislation, therefore we are looking to recruit a H&S Advisor to take ownership of HSEQ across the account, covering all service lines

This role will sit on the Account's SLT, and will work across internal service teams plus having extensive contact with the client, therefore we need a collaborative, personable and engaging H&S professional keen to advance their career for a world class employer on a major account

Further actions will include:

Support, coach and mentor the Account operational teams and provide competent HSEQ advice

• Collation, analysis and dissemination of HSEQ information and statistics
• Leadership of the UK Management System and Account Key Controls
• Ensure compliance with the certified Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Implement and monitor an internal audit programme
• Lead on environmental compliance and Aspects & Impacts management
• Embed HSEQ programmes such as Near Hits, Safety Heroes, Safety Leaders and Safe Behaviours
• Lead incident escalation, investigation, root cause analysis, Lessons Identified and Incident Review Panels (IRP) for the account

Weneed from you:

• Nebosh Gen or above, plus some experience in H&S
